Unlike other message on hold companies who claim their equipment is digital...ours actually is! There are no costly extra phone lines required or out of date tapes to download to memory (losing quality on the way).
On Hold Magic's equipment has no moving parts and is advanced and dependable, making installation simple and easy.
DADS 2
Our standard unit is the DADS 2 (Digital Audio Delivery System) Also available is the DADS 2A, that has the capability of after hours night switch messaging. They're both Australian designed and manufactured and exclusive to us!
The On Hold Messages are stored on a Memory Card, that's inserted into the unit, and can store multiple tracks or up to 60 minutes worth of quality audio.
